Your confidentiality is of utmost importance. I abide by the code of ethics of the International Coaches Federation, and by my own commitment to maintain every aspect of my interaction with you completely confidential.
Coaching is a very important personal decision.
Before making your selection, it’s a good idea to speak with several coaches. Many coaches offer a complimentary session. Experiencing coaching with a few will enable you to find the style that best suits you.
Complimentary session
I offer a complimentary session by phone or in person. In this session we will both assess whether my services and style are a match for your needs.
